Why parking garages deteriorate faster without regular cleaning
Road salt is the primary structural threat to parking garage concrete in the Northeast. Salt residue left on the deck surface migrates into the concrete and reaches the rebar, accelerating corrosion. Concrete spalling and rebar exposure are the visible result — and the repair cost is orders of magnitude higher than the cleaning cost that would have prevented it.
Oil and grease on ramps and entry areas are a liability issue before they are a maintenance issue. A slip-and-fall on a greasy ramp is a foreseeable incident on a property that hasn't been cleaned. Regular degreasing is one of the cheapest ways to reduce that exposure.

Hot-water degreasing
Petroleum, grease, and oil stains treated with hot-water pressure washing and degreasing solution. Cold water alone does not break down petroleum.
Deck and stairwell cleaning
Full deck pressure wash, stairwells, elevator lobbies, and entry ramps. Sections rotated to keep the garage operational.
Drain check and rinse
All floor drains confirmed clear and flowing before we leave. Runoff managed per local stormwater requirements.

Yes. We work in sections so no level is ever fully closed. Overnight and weekend scheduling is available for high-occupancy structures.
Do you remove oil stains from concrete?
Hot-water degreasing removes fresh and moderate oil staining from most concrete surfaces. Deep, long-standing stains may lighten substantially rather than disappear entirely. We set that expectation before quoting.
Do you clean the exterior facade of the garage?
Yes. Exterior concrete and facade cleaning is included in our garage scope. Drone systems reach upper-level exterior walls without driving equipment up the ramp.
