Commercial Services

Commercial Window Washing

Clean glass from ground level to the top floor — without scaffolding or rope access crews.

Commercial window cleaning on anything above the second or third floor traditionally means rope access teams, scaffolding, or a building maintenance unit. Each of those options is expensive, slow to set up, and puts workers at height over an occupied property. We use drone-mounted cleaning systems for upper floors and conventional methods at ground level, so the whole building gets done in a single visit.

We serve office buildings, hotels, retail centers, medical facilities, and mixed-use properties across the Philadelphia tri-state area. Buildings up to 15 stories are typically completed in a single day. For taller buildings we assess access and recommend the most cost-effective combination of methods.

Commercial Window Washing

What dirty windows actually cost a commercial property

Dirty windows on a commercial building aren't just cosmetic. For office tenants, natural light quality affects productivity and lease renewal decisions. For hotels, exterior glass is part of the first impression that drives review scores. For retail, storefront glass is the display case.

The cost of window cleaning is small relative to the cost of a tenant who doesn't renew or a hotel guest who posts a photo of grimy windows. Regular maintenance is cheaper than remediation after years of mineral buildup and hard water staining.

Signs it's time to schedule

  • Visible streaking or haze on exterior glass
  • Hard water mineral deposits at the base of panes
  • Bird droppings or construction debris on upper floors
  • Inconsistent appearance between upper and lower floors
  • Tenant complaints about light quality or appearance
  • No cleaning since building construction or last major renovation

How we do it

01

Building assessment

We document the building height, window count, glass type, and access constraints before quoting. No surprises on the day of service.

02

Ground-level conventional cleaning

Lower floors cleaned with traditional water-fed poles and squeegee methods for streak-free results.

03

Upper-floor drone cleaning

Drone-mounted cleaning system handles upper floors. No scaffolding, no rope access, no crew working at height.

04

Spot inspection

Walk-around after completion to catch any missed panes or streaking before we leave the property.

Commercial Window Washing questions

How tall a building can you clean?

Drone systems are most effective on buildings up to 15 stories. For taller buildings we assess the specific structure and recommend the right combination of drone, water-fed pole, and rope access.

Do you clean interior windows?

Interior cleaning is a separate scope. We focus on exterior glass. If you need interior cleaning coordinated with the exterior visit, ask us and we can discuss options.

How often should commercial windows be cleaned?

Most commercial buildings benefit from cleaning twice a year. High-traffic retail and hospitality properties often clean quarterly. Buildings near construction sites or highways may need more frequent attention.

Do you serve NJ and DE?

Yes. We serve commercial properties across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware.
