These terms cover your use of washlabsexteriors.com and our text message program. Service work itself is governed by the written service agreement you sign with Lead Emporium LLC, doing business as WashLabs Exteriors.

SMS Messaging Terms

Wash Labs Exteriors sends text messages about quotes, appointments and invoices to customers who opt in on our quote request form, our online service agreement page, or our crew's job app at their property. Messages include quote replies, service agreement links, booking confirmations, appointment reminders, schedule changes, payment links and receipts. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.

To stop, reply STOP to any message. We will send one message confirming you are unsubscribed, and then no more. To join again, reply START or opt in again on our website.
